About the talk
‘Reiki – a self-help tool to relax, reduce stress and improve our wellbeing’ with Reiki Master Mamta Nanda.
During the talk Mamta will tell us:

What Reiki is
How it can help us to relax, reduce stress, and improve our health and wellbeing so that we can benefit from it in our personal and work lives.

How we can learn Reiki
To use it easily in our daily lives for ourselves and our friends and family. Reiki is a system of natural hands-on healing that uses life-force energy, which is around and within all living things, to enhance our wellbeing by promoting balance on every level — body, mind and spirit.

A bit about Mamta
Mamta Nanda is a Reiki Master practising and teaching the traditional form of Reiki – Usui Shiki Ryoho – from the Haelan Clinic in Crouch End, N8 and from her home in Highbury, N5.

Reiki is her second career; she used to be a software professional until 1994, when she decided to give up work to bring up her children. Having seen how beneficial Reiki can be for herself and her family since 2001, Mamta is passionate about sharing the benefits of Reiki with others who are interested in it. She loves giving treatments, teaching Reiki, and organising Reiki workshops and get-togethers for her students.
